FullSharp Electric Manipulator Vietnam

Not every plant has compressed air lines running to each work station, yet workers still must lift and lower heavy loads over and over. Adding a compressor and piping for just one station is costly and noisy. Many clean production areas also restrict blowing air into the work environment.

FullSharp distributes an electric manipulator that uses an electric motor instead of an air cylinder. The unit holds the load floating at the right height, lifting and lowering with very light hand motion. All it needs is a local power outlet, with no need to invest in a separate compressed air system for the station.

Equipment Installed

Electric drive unit: an electric motor replaces the air cylinder for lifting and lowering, needing only a local power outlet to operate.
Floating load holder: the load stops at any height, letting the worker align the fitting position without supporting its weight.
Control handle on the arm: lift, lower, and release buttons within hand's reach let one person handle the whole motion.
Tool head matched to the part: a hook, clamp, or suction pad built to match the exact part the customer is handling.
