FS-BSQ500-6S pneumatic vacuum lifter for sheet metal

FS-BSQ500-6S runs entirely on compressed air: no power cord and no battery, so nothing to charge. It connects to an air compressor and uses 0.6–0.8 MPa air as its power source. A vacuum generator turns the compressed air into negative pressure to hold the sheet, and an air cylinder does the lifting and lowering.

The lifter is usually paired with a jib crane beside the laser cutter. The cylinder raises and lowers the sheet while the operator swings the jib to bring it over the table. If the shop already has a compressed air line, just connect the hose and it is ready to work: simple and economical.

Advantages

1

No power, no charging

Only 0.6–0.8 MPa compressed air is needed. No power cable and no battery to replace or recharge.

2

Air for both gripping and lifting

The vacuum generator holds the sheet and the Φ160 cylinder lifts it. No electric hoist is needed on the jib.

3

Pressure visible while working

The control box carries a supply air gauge and a vacuum gauge, with a check valve in the vacuum line.

4

Compact and economical

One 500 kg model with 6 cups covers most standard laser-cut sheets. Cups detach for quick replacement.

The pneumatic version comes in a single 500 kg model with manual control. For heavier sheets or remote control, choose FS-BSZ (battery) or FS-BSJ (AC).
