Jib Crane with KITO Hoist, Manual Trolley

Lifting points are scattered around an area rather than gathered in one place, so a fixed-point device cannot serve them all. Carrying loads by hand between machine tables is both slow and prone to collisions.

FullSharp installs a suspended jib crane with an arm that sweeps the full working radius, reaching a load at any point. Lifting is handled by the KITO electric hoist, while horizontal movement is done by manual pull, giving decisive control without an extra motor.

Equipment installed

Jib crane frame: the arm rotates around the mounting point, covering the full working radius.
KITO electric hoist: motor-driven lifting with a simple pendant control, brake holds the load when the button is released.
Manual pull mechanism: a light pull moves the trolley along the arm, allowing very precise positioning by hand.
Powder-coated steel structure: the column and arm bear the load, with the coating limiting rust in the shop environment.
