Overhead Jib Crane with KITO Push-Trolley Hoist

Floor space is tight, with every square meter already taken up by machines and stock, leaving no room to erect a jib crane column. The lifting work is also confined to a few nearby spots, so a double-girder crane would be overkill.

FullSharp installs an overhead jib crane on a 5T rail mounted to the existing structure. A KITO electric hoist handles the lifting, while horizontal travel is done by hand-pushed trolley - no extra motor or control panel needed.

Equipment Installed

KITO electric hoist: lifts and lowers by motor, controlled with a pendant, with a firm holding brake when stopped.
Overhead jib crane: hung from the structure above, with no support column taking up floor space.
5T rail: the travel path for the trolley, joined in sections to match the length of the work area.
Push-type trolley: a light pull slides it along the rail, using no power for the travel function.
