Packing workshops often change work locations batch by batch, on this line today, another area tomorrow. A fixed jib crane only serves one spot, while manual carrying tires workers and dents boxes. The workshop floor is open, with room for a push-cart unit.
FullSharp mounts an aluminum rail on a mobile base with a Becker vacuum motor. Push the unit into place, lock the wheels, and start work. The suction head grips the carton box surface, the rotating arm swings the box to the pallet, and once the batch is done, push the unit to the next area.
