Once a work position is fixed, what's needed is a sturdy system that runs reliably every day. Carton boxes come out continuously, manual carrying tires workers and dents the goods, while makeshift equipment wears out fast. Not every part of the ceiling can support a suspended hoist either.
FullSharp builds an aluminum rail jib crane on a fixed base anchored to the floor, carrying a KITO electric hoist and Becker vacuum motor. The lightweight aluminum rail keeps the load on the column light, letting the trolley run smoothly. The suction head grips the box surface, and the swing arm moves the load over to the pallet.

The fixed base and KITO hoist give a sturdy system, suited to a work station used continuously.
All the load goes to the base, so the workshop doesn't need to reinforce the ceiling structure.
Suction on the flat surface with a gentle release keeps the packaging free of dents and tears.
FullSharp measures the load, box dimensions, and the distance from pickup to drop-off to finalize the reach. Our engineers also check that the workshop floor is thick enough to anchor a fixed base. Contact FullSharp to schedule a survey.
