Fixed-Base Aluminum Rail Crane for Carton Boxes

Once a work position is fixed, what's needed is a sturdy system that runs reliably every day. Carton boxes come out continuously, manual carrying tires workers and dents the goods, while makeshift equipment wears out fast. Not every part of the ceiling can support a suspended hoist either.

FullSharp builds an aluminum rail jib crane on a fixed base anchored to the floor, carrying a KITO electric hoist and Becker vacuum motor. The lightweight aluminum rail keeps the load on the column light, letting the trolley run smoothly. The suction head grips the box surface, and the swing arm moves the load over to the pallet.

Fixed base: bolted to the floor at the work station, independent of the ceiling structure.
Aluminum rail: lightweight and corrosion-resistant, reducing load on the column and keeping the trolley running smoothly.
KITO electric hoist: pushbutton lifting and lowering, with a holding brake for high-frequency use.
Becker vacuum motor: steady suction power, keeping the carton box secure throughout the lift.
180-to-360-degree rotating jib: chooses the swing angle to suit the floor area around the machine's position.
