Pneumatic Jib Crane, Mobile Base, Column

Plastic trays are stacked on multi-level racks, each level at a different height. Workers reaching for a heavy tray can easily lose balance, and a tray slipping from their hands damages what's inside. The plant also changes layout often, so it does not want a jib crane fixed permanently to the floor.

FullSharp introduces a pneumatic jib crane with a mobile base and a height-adjustable column. Lower the column for low tables, raise it for shelves. All lifting runs on compressed air, so it's smooth and produces no electrical sparks.

Equipment installed

Wheeled mobile base: pushed between rack rows, with wheel locks to hold steady during lifting.
Height-adjustable column: adjusts to the pickup height, so one unit serves many shelf levels.
Pneumatic swinging arm: runs as soon as air is supplied, no electrical cabinet needed, suited to spark-restricted areas.
Air control valve assembly: holds the load suspended, tapping the valve lowers it in short, precise steps.
Plastic tray gripping tool: cradles the tray sides, gripping evenly on both sides so it doesn't tilt or slip while moving.
