Packing plants often need to change loading and unloading locations for each batch. Carton boxes are light, but carrying them by hand for a whole shift tires the shoulders, and boxes can easily crush at the corners. Bolting down a fixed jib crane gets in the way whenever the floor layout changes.
FullSharp installs a mobile-base jib crane with an Anver vacuum tube lifter. The wheeled base can be pushed wherever needed, locking in place with the foot brake. The long side handle lets the operator stand clear of the box while suctioning and lowering it into position.
Mobile-base jib crane with an Anver vacuum tube lifter lifting carton boxes in the plant.
The wheeled base replaces drilling into the ceiling or wall. Move it to another area within minutes.
Suction replaces manual lifting; the operator just holds the control handle for the whole shift.
Suction grips evenly across the surface, limiting crushed corners and torn boxes during handling.
FullSharp visits the plant to measure box size, weigh the actual load, and check whether the floor is level before selecting the base. We then determine the reach, column height, and head type to match the box surface. Contact FullSharp to schedule a survey.
