Mobile Jib Crane with Anver Vacuum Tube Lifter

Packing plants often need to change loading and unloading locations for each batch. Carton boxes are light, but carrying them by hand for a whole shift tires the shoulders, and boxes can easily crush at the corners. Bolting down a fixed jib crane gets in the way whenever the floor layout changes.

FullSharp installs a mobile-base jib crane with an Anver vacuum tube lifter. The wheeled base can be pushed wherever needed, locking in place with the foot brake. The long side handle lets the operator stand clear of the box while suctioning and lowering it into position.

Equipment installed

Wheeled mobile base: rolls between loading and unloading areas, with foot locks to hold it steady during work.
Column and 360-degree swinging arm: sweeps the whole work area around the base, no need to draw the load to one point.
Anver vacuum tube lifter: grips the carton box surface firmly, releases smoothly, and leaves no marks on the surface.
Long side handle: mounted off to one side for handling tall boxes, keeping the operator clear of the drop zone.
