The Lifts All overhead rail system is built from extruded aluminum profiles – strong yet flexible, with smooth, quiet operation, ideal for a good working environment. Compared with other light crane systems on the market, the Lifts All system needs only 1/3 of the force to move a load.

The system can be installed in several ways: ceiling mounted, wall mounted or on existing columns – depending on the space and environment of the facility. We also offer custom solutions to suit each workstation and each customer's specific lifting needs.

Typical installation types

A freestanding crane system on floor columns – no drilling into the ceiling or walls, ideal when the building structure does not allow suspension.

Lắp sàn tối giản — **Minimal floor mounted**
A minimal version that saves the most floor space – suited to tight work areas while still providing full working coverage.

Lắp trên trần — **Ceiling mounted**
Suspended directly from the ceiling structure – frees up all floor space and covers a large working area for multiple stations.

If the ceiling is too high or too low, or other factors make installing a lifting system difficult, Lifts All will find a suitable solution for you. With more than 20 years of experience customizing lifting systems, we always find an option that matches your needs and your workstation.

The overhead rail system can also be customized: a low-build version to save headroom, or an extendable version. For example, if you need to reach an area outside the rail system frame, we can add a telescopic rail for this purpose.

Clean room systems

In its basic form, the rail in the Lifts All overhead rail system is already suitable for clean room environments. With a few simple accessories, we can seal the slots in the rail to prevent fine dust from collecting inside – meeting the strict hygiene requirements of the pharmaceutical, electronics and food industries.
