Mobile Pneumatic Jib Crane for Carton Boxes

Warehouses and factories often have several loading points for cardboard boxes, but each one is only used a few hours a day. Installing fixed equipment at every spot is wasteful, while having workers carry boxes by hand is slow and prone to tearing boxes when stacked high.

FullSharp chose a pneumatic jib crane mounted on a mobile base, with a vacuum tool for carton boxes as the working end. The arm rotates a full 360 degrees to pick up and place loads around the operator's position, and once the job is done, the whole unit can be wheeled to another area with no extra installation needed.

Equipment Installed

Pneumatic swing arm: raised and lowered by air, rotating around the column to cover the work area around the operator.
Mobile base with wheels: pushed by hand to a new position, then locked with foot brakes - no drilling into the floor, no foundation needed.
Carton box vacuum tool: a suction frame shaped to the carton surface, gripping fast and releasing cleanly when stacking.
Vacuum pump and handle: creates stable suction, with the grip/release controls built right into the handle.
