Pneumatic Jib Crane for Bicycle Frame Lifting

Bicycle frames are bulky, and carrying them by hand risks scuffing the paint layer, with each station transfer usually needing two people. Since the line runs on a fixed rhythm, even a few seconds' delay at one station backs up everything behind it.

FullSharp erects a pneumatic jib crane on a fixed column right between the stations. A pneumatic hoist keeps the frame suspended, and the operator rotates the arm to swing it to the next station. The system runs on compressed air, so it sparks no flame and can be used right next to the paint area.

Installed Equipment

Crane column: bolted to the floor, strong enough to withstand the moment load when the arm is fully extended.
Rotating arm: swings around the column to move the frame between stations without carrying it by hand.
Pneumatic hoist: lifts and lowers smoothly by lever control, stopping exactly at the fixture height.
Frame hanging set: hooks and slings cradle the frame, keeping it in the correct orientation while moving.
