Mobile Pneumatic Jib Crane for Carton Boxes

Loading carton boxes doesn't happen in one fixed spot - today it's the packing area, tomorrow it's the shipping zone. Bolting equipment to the floor only works in one place, and a box sitting in the middle of a pallet is hard to reach by hand.

FullSharp mounts a pneumatic jib crane on a wheeled frame so the whole unit can be pushed wherever it's needed. The working end is a long-handled carton box lifting tool, letting the operator reach a box deep inside the pallet while standing outside it.

Equipment Installed

Wheeled base frame: pushes the whole unit to another area, with wheel locks engaged during operation.
Pneumatic jib crane: the arm rotates around the column, running on air for quiet operation with no spark risk.
Carton box lifting tool: a long handle reaches a box in the middle of the pallet without having to climb up.
Air valve cluster: lift and lower controls are built into the handle, and releasing it holds the box at its current height.
