In warehouses and on job sites, many locations have no compressed air line or power outlet nearby, yet heavy panels still need to be lifted. Running hoses and cables out to every spot takes time, and carrying panels by hand risks bending them while workers are left handling sharp edges.

FullSharp uses a mechanical vacuum lifting pad rated up to 400 kg, creating and holding vacuum with a mechanical cylinder. The operator presses the pad onto the panel, pulls the lever to create vacuum, then hooks it onto a lifting device — the whole process needs no electricity or compressed air.

400 kg Mechanical Vacuum Lifting Pad with Vacuum Cylinder, No Electricity Required

A 400 kg mechanical vacuum lifting pad with a vacuum-holding cylinder gripping a flat panel before lifting.

Equipment Installed

  • Vacuum-generating cylinder: a hand pull draws all the air out of the pad chamber, holding suction steady with no external power source.
  • Rubber suction pad: seals tightly onto smooth surfaces such as steel sheet, glass, or composite, and releases quickly when the valve opens.
  • Pad frame: spreads the load evenly across the panel surface, reducing bending when lifting large, thin panels.
  • Vacuum indicator: shows whether suction is still strong enough, letting the operator check before every lift.

Key Specifications

  • Maximum load capacity400 kg
  • Power sourceNo compressed air or electricity needed

Benefits for Your Facility

Works anywhere

Not dependent on power or compressed air, so it can be taken to job sites and outdoor storage areas alike.

Simple to operate

Just press, pull the lever, and open the valve — workers learn to use it right away.

Low maintenance

A purely mechanical build with no pump or electrical circuit means very few breakdowns.
