Steel sheets fed into laser machines are heavy and slick with oil, so even two or three workers lifting a sheet onto the table struggle to position it correctly. Sheets that scrape the table get scratched along with the table itself, and each loading cycle wastes several minutes waiting on workers.

FullSharp supplies a pneumatic vacuum lifting pad with 4 suction points that lifts the sheet straight up off the stack. Vacuum and air pressure gauges let the operator confirm the reading before lifting, so the sheet is set down onto the table gently and in the right position.

Equipment Installed

4-point suction frame: four suction cups evenly spaced on the frame, sharing the holding force so the sheet doesn't sag in the middle.
Pneumatic vacuum generator: uses the compressed air already available in the plant, with no need for an additional electric pump.
Pressure gauges: one for vacuum level and one for air pressure, checked before every lift.
Vacuum check valve: if air supply drops suddenly, the cups keep holding so the sheet doesn't fall immediately.
