The packing area is tight, so bringing in a forklift gets in the way, while a floor-mounted jib crane column eats up space needed for storing goods. Carton boxes still need to be loaded and unloaded constantly to keep up with orders, and manual handling can't keep pace.

FullSharp installs a wall-mounted jib crane, fixed to an existing wall or column so not a single square meter of floor is lost. The end effector is a Lifts All vacuum lifter, with interchangeable heads to match whatever box size is running.

Equipment installed

  • Wall-mounted frame: fixed to a load-bearing wall or structural column, powder-coated against rust.
  • Swinging arm: sweeps a wide arc around the mounting point, its reach covering the pickup and drop area.
  • Lifts All vacuum lifter: the head can be swapped to match the box size, holding the load securely while lifting.
  • Hoist on a sliding rail: smooth lifting and lowering, operated with a pendant control or a lever.
