Ceiling-Mounted Pneumatic Jib Crane, Force-Sensing Handle

The work area is tight, and adding a support column would eat up walkway space and get in the way of nearby machines. The product also needs to land in an exact spot, and button-controlled lifting takes several nudges before it lines up.

FullSharp suspends a pneumatic jib crane from the ceiling structure, keeping the floor exactly as it was. It's controlled with a force-sensing handle: the sensor reads the operator's push and supplies air accordingly, so the load moves up, down, or sideways with the hand and stops the instant it's released.

Equipment Installed
