Pneumatic Jib Crane with Hook for CNC Loading 80 kg

Workpieces loaded into the CNC machine weigh around 80 kg. Operators have to carry them from the material rack, thread them through the machine door, and set them onto the chuck. Carrying a heavy load close to the body in a tight space makes it easy to hit the machine table or catch a hand.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane right beside the machine, fitted with an 80 kg rated hook on the arm end. The pneumatic unit carries the workpiece weight, so the operator only guides the direction and swings the arm to center the workpiece on the chuck, then reverses the motion to unload the finished part.

Installed Equipment

Column and swing arm: mounted right next to the CNC machine, with enough reach to cover the material rack and the chuck.
Pneumatic balancer unit: keeps the workpiece suspended at any height, so the operator raises and lowers it with almost no effort.
80 kg rated hook: fitted with a safety latch, hooks onto the lifting bail or lifting eye on the workpiece.
Control handle: a compact lift/lower valve that fits in the palm, operable even when standing close to the machine door.
