Light duty articulating pneumatic arm

The AAA4000 light duty articulating pneumatic arm is a parallelogram arm designed to lift, rotate, balance and move parts from conveyors, dunnage, assembly lines and many other applications.

The AAA4000 uses a single rear-mounted cylinder to achieve higher lifting capacity. By absorbing torque reaction, it reduces operator fatigue and makes lifting and handling parts easy.

The overhead AAA4000 travels inside RAD4110, RAD6110 or RAD7510 aluminum rail systems along the "X", "Y" and "Z" axes, with a wide range of control configurations. The Linear Mounted Arm version runs on the LRD9500 rail system.

FULLSHARP supplies the AAA4000 in all three mounting styles: overhead, floor pedestal and linear rail. Maximum balancing capacity is up to 80 lbs. [36 kg] with a 24 in. arm and 65 lbs. [29 kg] with a 36 in. arm, at a minimum of 60 psi. Capacity varies with reach.

Note: The carriage pan and extension boom shown in the illustrations are not included with the standard product.
