Overview

Pneumatic lift tables that lower to floor level so pallet jacks or push carts can roll on, then raise the load to an ergonomic working height.

Knight Zero Loaders combine the convenience of ground-level loading with the footprint of a standard lift table. These loaders are specifically used for pallet jacks, push carts or taller, hard to reach, container applications. They create an efficient workplace and allows the operator to work in a safe ergonomic range, increasing productivity while reducing fatigue.

Our Zero Load Tables can be designed to fit a multitude of application and come equipped with hydraulic steel fittings. Polished chrome shafts are used at all slide and pivot points to minimize the wear and prolong component life. We also offer optional stainless steel braided hydraulic hosing for increased durability.

Maintenance Lock-Out Bars are standard on all Knight Global tables. All tables are inspected and tested before they leave our facility.

Table, Shuttles and Carts are available with a variety of accessories, safety features and equipment. Optional Safety Equipment including but not limited to; perimeter fence guarding, bellows skirting, safety mats, audible signals, light signals, toe guards, special control guarding, etc. are not included unless otherwise stated in the product descriptions. Please check with your state, local or plant safety for requirements. We are happy to quote any and all safety equipment needed to meet your requirements.

Details

Table controls come standard with 400 p.s.i [27 bar] ContiTech FLEXAGrip™ Rubber Hosing and Fittings. Table controls are available in several configurations such as: free-standing pedestal, foot control, or bolt-on hand controls. All steel construction provides long lasting durability. For high traffic areas, heavy duty Steel Braided Hydraulic Hosing and Fittings are optional.

Details

Knight's Floor Anchor Kits can be used with any variation of a Knight Global table system, as well as the table controls pedestal. The kit consists of (4) expandable carbon steel stud anchors. The anchors should be installed in a structurally sound concrete floor at each equipment attachment point.
