FullSharp Semi-Automatic Roll Clamp Lifter

The semi-automatic roll clamp lifter uses clamp arms that grip both ends of the roll instead of a shaft through the core, so it picks rolls straight off the pallet without threading a shaft. The arm opening adjusts to the roll length, and wide clamp pads hold the roll securely without denting its edges.

It uses electric lifting and manual push travel, and one operator is enough. Four standard models cover load capacities from 200 kg to 1 t and lift heights from 1,600 to 3,000 mm.

Main Features

The two arms close on both ends of the roll, and wide clamp pads spread the force evenly so the roll edges are not dented. The opening adjusts to the roll length, with no need to thread a shaft through the core.

The lift and lower buttons sit within easy reach, and the red emergency stop cuts power instantly. The 12V/120Ah battery is housed in a sealed plastic case and charged with the included 12V/15A charger.

Picks rolls straight from the pallet

With a minimum clamp height of 520 mm, the arms fit into the gaps between rolls stacked on a pallet.

Compact for narrow aisles

The turning aisle is 1,900 mm for the small-roll models and 2,100 mm for the large-roll models, so it works well in racked warehouses.

Low operating cost

A simple mechanical design with just one 1.6 kW lift motor and a battery pack means few routine maintenance items.

Choosing a Model for Your Rolls

Small and medium rolls

Diameter ø200 to 500 mm, length 635 to 950 mm.
