Product Description

The FSX5 intelligent workstation hoist series is a leader in light-duty intelligent material handling. It is built around TI's latest 32-bit high-speed DSP chip and deeply integrates precision sensing, advanced servo drive technology and intelligent algorithms to deliver a new level of material handling performance. An ergonomic handle control lets the operator lift, lower and position heavy loads precisely with minimal effort, significantly reducing fatigue and raising productivity. The intelligent control system accurately senses the operator's intent and automatically adapts to changes in load, giving precise control while effectively preventing overload and operating errors. Even in complex and changing work environments, the FSX5 series runs stably and efficiently.

Product Features

Servo Control System

A fully closed-loop servo control system with fast response enables precise fine-tuning of lifting force and exceptionally smooth stepless speed control.

Innovative Structural Design

The wire rope drum uses a one-piece design that can be removed as a complete unit, making wire rope replacement easy.

Anti-tangle design: reduces the chance of rope tangling during pay-out and keeps the wire rope neatly wound.

Drum with replaceable reversing unit: flip the entire drum to switch the rope exit between two sides, adapting to a wide range of applications.

Multiple Control Modes

Three control modes are available: handle mode, push-button mode and float mode. Operators can choose the mode that suits the task for high efficiency and convenient human-machine interaction.

Wide-Range Stepless Speed Control

An extremely wide speed range: up to 48 m/min for high-throughput handling and down to 0.05 m/min for precision assembly, covering everything from fast lifting to stable, accurate positioning.

Multi-Layer Safety Protection

Equipped with multiple safety functions, including soft limits against impact, overload protection, power-loss protection, photoelectric sensing and anti-rebound, to keep every operation safe.

Optional Handle

C1 Handle Optional

The optional C1 handle uses a dual electric/pneumatic slip ring and rotates 360°, effectively preventing air hose tangling and ensuring safe, continuous air and power supply during operation.

It has built-in bidirectional positioning with stepless speed control and works with the plant compressed air supply, so pneumatic cylinders can be controlled directly from the handle.

A detachable coupling comes as standard for convenient on-site maintenance and servicing.
