Many installation and construction sites have no power outlet or compressed air line nearby, yet heavy flat panels still need to be lifted and fitted into place. Gripping the panel edge by hand is slippery, prone to slipping, and can chip the material's edge.

FullSharp offers a mechanical vacuum lifting pad that creates suction with a built-in hand pump on the pad body. Simply press the pad onto a clean flat surface and pump a few strokes to get a secure grip point, with no need for electricity or compressed air.

Installed Equipment

Rubber suction disc: a soft rubber rim that seals tightly against the panel surface, gripping firmly on smooth, clean surfaces.
Mechanical hand pump: a few pump strokes reach working vacuum level; releasing the latch drops the panel.
Vacuum indicator mark: a red mark appears when vacuum drops, reminding the user to re-pump before lifting.
Secure handle: a one-piece molded handle that can be gripped even while wearing gloves.
