ANVER's OC Series offers a wide range of oval and rectangular vacuum cups — engineered specifically for handling long, narrow loads where standard round cups fall short.
Oval and rectangular cups come in multiple sizes and rubber compounds (Nitrile/NBR, Silicone, EPDM, Polyurethane), giving flexible fit across most vacuum lifting systems and material types.
Typical applications: Long steel bars, aluminum tubing, narrow wood panels, long glass panels, oval packages, cardboard packaging.
ANVER now offers more than 350 replacement cups that are direct fit or interchangeable with P-Style products at a lower price. Every part number shares the exact same dimensions for a precise swap.
Made with the highest-grade rubber compounds and the latest molding technology for a premium finish.
ANVER's Silicone (SIT) version is a step above: it uses clear, undyed, food-grade silicone — unlike P-Style's dyed red silicone.
The small oval cup line is purpose-built for handling small, narrow, elongated loads where round cups can't guarantee reliable grip.
Fitted with reusable snap-on fittings and non-rotating stems — keeping the cup's orientation stable during lifting, with no twisting.
Typical applications: Electronic components, phone cases, printed circuit boards (PCBs), labels, paper bags, narrow packaging.

The VP Series consists of mid-size round vacuum cups designed with a removable slip-on foam seal — allowing quick replacement of a worn seal without replacing the whole cup.
The signature AnduraSoft soft foam layer grips well on rough, uneven, lightly perforated surfaces — such as plywood, concrete, stone and textured metal.
Key benefit: Lower maintenance cost — just replace the foam seal (10—20% of the cup's price) instead of the whole assembly.

The High Temperature Glass cup line is made from a special heat-resistant silicone — able to handle glass straight out of a tempering or bending furnace at continuous temperatures up to 250°C (482°F).
The silicone leaves no marks, doesn't react chemically, and won't melt or deform at high temperatures. Ideal for production lines handling automotive glass, tempered architectural glass, and bent glass fresh from a bending furnace.
Note: Cup lifespan depends on load temperature and duty cycle. Continuous operation at maximum temperature will significantly shorten service life.

The Ring Suction Cups line is purpose-built for handling optical media such as CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and thin wafer discs. The cup has a ring shape that grips the surface without touching the data area at the center.
This special structure evenly distributes grip force around the disc's edge, avoiding deformation or scratching of the recording surface. The soft rubber material leaves no marks and doesn't react with disc coatings.
Applications: CD/DVD production lines, automated packaging, wafer-handling robots in semiconductor manufacturing.

The PFC (Press Feed Cups) line is purpose-built for metal stamping press automation — used on 6-axis robots, transfer presses and tandem presses to pick and place blanks and semi-finished parts during stamping.
PFC cups deliver fast response, strong and stable grip, and long service life — withstanding vibration and the constant acceleration/deceleration of industrial robots.
Standout advantages: Thick, impact-resistant construction that isn't damaged by sharp edges or burrs on the blank. Ideal for automotive, deep-draw and large-panel stamping.
