Description
VACUUM & SUCTION CUP BALL SWIVEL CONNECTORS
Suspension rod to cup connectors – a Flexolink and ball joint combined in one adapter
Product Overview
Airtight connections when a ball swivel is needed between the cup and the suspension. Various small ANVER suction cups can be connected to their suspensions with vacuum-tight ball swivels.
Available with 1/4″ and 3/8″ NPT as well as G 3/8″ and G 1/2″ threads, so the connector suits both imperial and BSPP systems.
The design combines a Flexolink and a ball joint in one adapter – two functions in a single part, rather than stacking separate components between the cup and the suspension.
Design Features
01 – 360° rotation
Full rotation with up to 42° of swivel on the uncovered versions.
02 – Plated steel construction
Precision-plated steel throughout.
03 – Two rotating joints
Two joints give a large degree of articulation.
04 – Rated for full vacuum
The connector holds a vacuum-tight seal through the full range of movement.
With or without cover – the uncovered assemblies swivel up to 42°; the covered versions are limited to 12°, trading articulation for a shield over the joint. Pick the covered version where debris or spatter would reach an open ball.
Ball Swivel Assemblies without Cover
Both uncovered assemblies have a female top and male bottom of the same thread size – SW14F-14M is 1/4″ NPT throughout, SW38F-38M is 3/8″ NPT.
Ball Swivel Assemblies with Cover
Note the trade-off: the installed height falls as the thread size rises – 2.19 in. for the 3/8″ NPT version down to 1.74 in. for the G 1/2″. Worth checking against your available headroom.
Thread note – the “G” thread is also known as BSPP, and is commonly used worldwide for vacuum applications.
Contact FULL-SHARP with the cup and suspension threads and the swivel angle you need, and we will confirm the connector.
