Foam seal pad attachment
ANVER’s ANDURASOFT® foam seal vacuum pad attachments are designed for handling rough, moderately uneven load surfaces such as saw cut or flamed stone, rough wood, fibreglass web and concrete. They also handle smooth stone, so one set covers both smooth and rough material.
The ANDURASOFT® seals fit into a double machined lip, so they stay on firmly even in the vertical position. Changing a seal takes under a minute by hand, without tools – which makes the system well suited to critical job site installation schedules.
The economical replaceable seals readily conform to rough, uneven surfaces to create as vacuum tight a seal as possible. Made in the USA by ANVER.
Conservative rating – these pad attachments are rated at 22″ Hg vacuum, unlike the 24″ Hg used on traditional cups. That figure is then divided by two for horizontal or four for vertical handling.

*Important – EZ-Tilt applications. Any pad attachment used with an EZ-Tilt series attachment must be derated by 50%, and the vertical capacity figure must be used.

** The FPA15DG33-15SPH is designed for domed shapes. The minimum radius this pad can lift is 15 in. All pads share the same 9.00 in. (228 mm) mounting centres and 0.69 in. (18 mm) hole size, so they interchange on the same attachment plate.
*Capacity basis – the capacities shown are based on 22″ Hg at sea level with a safety factor of two (2) in the horizontal (flat) and four (4) in the vertical position. Rated load capacities are estimates; actual capacity varies with the load type and surface, the vacuum level, altitude and other conditions. Extra capacity is always recommended where possible, to increase the load holding safety factor.
