LARGE RECTANGULAR VACUUM PADS FOR EXTRA-HEAVY LOADS

ANVER large rectangular vacuum pads lift 2,800 to 3,200 lb on a single pad, for heavy compact loads with too little surface for several smaller pads.

Description

LARGE RECTANGULAR VACUUM PADS FOR EXTRA-HEAVY LOADS

Bolt-on sealing rings, 2,800 to 3,200 lb from a single pad – VP2129Q and VP1834Q

Product Overview

PA1834-S-36 large capacity vacuum pad for extra-heavy loads

PA1834-S-36 pad attachment

ANVER large capacity vacuum pad attachments are ideal for lifting heavy, compact loads in situations where the available load surface rules out a lifter with several smaller pads.

These pads are built by ANVER to be sturdy and safe when handling heavy loads – heavy steel welded construction, with a top steel clamp that extends to protect the sealing ring.

Two footprints are available: the 21 × 29.75 in. pad rated at 2,800 lb, and the 19.13 × 35.13 in. pad rated at 3,200 lb.

Design Features

01 – Heavy steel construction

Sturdy welded steel throughout, with a top steel clamp that extends to protect the sealing ring.

02 – Bolt-on vacuum seal

The replacement seal can be changed by hand with an Allen wrench.

03 – High lifting capacity

Welded construction carrying up to 3,200 lb (1,451 kg) on a single pad.

04 – Rubber scuff pad

Fitted on the underside to protect the pad and the load.

05 – Large vacuum port

Gives a quick response time when the pad attaches.

06 – Nitrile or silicone

Available with nitrile or silicone rubber seals for high heat applications.

E640M2-86 lifter with pads in the perpendicular position

E640M2-86 – pads perpendicular

*Capacity basis – the capacities shown are based on 24″ Hg at sea level with a safety factor of two (2) in the horizontal (flat) position. Rated load capacities are estimates; actual capacity varies with the load surface and the vacuum level achieved.
