Description
ANVER VACUUM COIL & ROLL LIFTERS
Damage free handling of metal, film, paper and fabric rolls – capacities to 40,000 lb
Product Overview
Vacuum coil lifter
Vacuum coil and roll lifters are designed to handle every type of coil and roll – metal, film, paper or plastic – in both the horizontal and the vertical position.
The lifter grips the outer surface of the roll: nothing enters the core and nothing scores the material. Ideal for:
- Aluminium and cold rolled steel coil
- Plastic film and printing paper rolls
- Technical fabric and non-woven rolls
- Rubber and polymer rolls
Typical Coil Lifter Features
01 – Curved vacuum pads
Pad curvature matched to the roll diameter.
02 – Foam seals
Purpose made foam seals for uneven surfaces.
03 – Opposed pad pair
Two symmetrical pads keep the roll balanced.
04 – Capacity
Lifting capacity up to 40,000 lb [18,000 kg].
05 – Adjustable frame
Adjusts to suit a range of roll diameters.
06 – Powered 90° tilt
Turns the roll between horizontal and vertical.
Choosing the Right Coil Lifter
To specify the right lifter for the application, please send FULL-SHARP the following details:
01 – Weight
Load weight in kg or lb – the deciding factor for lifter size and vacuum generator.
02 – Material
Material type and gauge (steel, aluminium, paper, film, fabric) – sets the pad type and foam seal.
03 – Roll width
Width of the roll – affects pad size and stability through the lift.
04 – Diameter
Inner core diameter (ID) and outer diameter (OD) – determines the pad curvature.
05 – Vacuum chambers
Number of chambers required, depending on the size, weight and balance of the roll.
06 – Core position
Position of the core or centre hole – important for the lifting mechanism and load balance.
07 – Power supply
Supply available in the plant (220V / 380V / compressed air / battery) – selects the VPE, AVL or BAE series.
08 – Controls
Preferred control method (pendant, radio, automatic cycle, or integration with the customer’s PLC).
