Product Overview
Vacuum tube lifter with bag head
Versatile vacuum lifting pads for virtually all industrial bag and sack lifting applications. Designed for robotic end effectors, tube lift systems and pick and place machines. High quality rubber seals are long lasting and will lift even crumpled bags with ease.
ANVER bag head vacuum pad attachments suit vacuum tube lifter systems in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, or anywhere bags are used. The three standard sizes handle all the standard bag sizes found in industry today.
Two Constructions
Stainless steel bag heads
Highly polished vacuum attachment pads with a stainless steel top cover, stainless or plastic mesh screen, and hand-replaceable foam sealing rings. Rugged, heavy duty pads for continuous industrial use.
A four hole mounting pattern lets the pad interface with standard ANVER adapters, swivels and other machine mounts.
Plastic bag heads
A line of rugged plastic bag lifting heads that handle most commonly used bags. Durable, lightweight, dent resistant and very economical.
These are top sellers in this market segment and well suited to the majority of applications. Rated at 100 lb maximum capacity.

Connections & Special Seals
Connections – most bag heads feature two inch diameter connectors, to accommodate the high airflow required for bag lifting and handling. Consult FULL-SHARP for adapters, extensions and similar parts.
Special seals – foam seals with extra soft edges are available for handling printing signature bundles.
Bottom and universal swivels
Replacement bottom swivel and universal swivel assemblies, for all brands of vacuum tube lifter.
Quick disconnects
Quick release top and bottom assemblies for pad attachments, for all brands of vacuum tube lifter.
Quick release extensions
