Lifts All’s gripper for metal sheets is a versatile lifting tool that makes heavy loads feel weightless. Moreover, it is equipped with both tilt and rotation mechanisms. The tilt function allows the load to be tilted upwards and downwards, while the rotation mechanism allows the load to rotate freely in the air. The operator can choose to attach either three or four vacuum cups to the load, depending on how heavy it is.

The lifting tool is customized for the ventilation industry, where it is used to lift metal sheets and metal parts in the manufacturing process. Pressurized air allows the lifting tool to attach to the metal sheet from a vertical angle. The sheet is lifted and rotated, and placed down in a horizontal position. Lifting feels completely weightless, which is ergonomically beneficial and eases the work for the operator.
