The Classic B-M is a Vacuum gripper from Lifts All that lifts loads of up to 100 kg and can be adapted to different loads using interchangeable Applications and various types of handles. The tool has a weight of 7.5 kg, a height of 586 mm, a rotation function, and is also available in a stainless steel (SS) version. The Classic B-M is designed for lifting baggage, cans, buckets, cardboard boxes, metal objects, pallets, sacks and sheets.

Classic B-M replaces manual handling of loads up to 100 kg with a vacuum gripper, for efficient and ergonomic material handling. Since the lower sections are interchangeable, the same lifting tool can be used for several different types of loads, rather than requiring a separate lifting tool for each load.

The Classic B-M is used when loads of up to 100 kg need to be lifted repeatedly and when the same tool needs to handle different types of items. Typical tasks include loading pallets, placing packages in mail cages, reaching pallets that arrive on conveyor belts, and reaching deep into shelves. With the right handle, the operator can reach higher, further in, lower down, or stack loads on top of each other.

For Classic B-M, the choice is primarily between different Applications: vacuum-based Applications (single cups, I-frames, H-frames, sack suction heads and vacuum pads) are selected based on the load’s surface, density and shape, while mechanical hooks are chosen for items such as buckets, pails and pallets. The stainless steel version (92-10065-SS) is selected when the environment requires a stainless steel design.

Classic B-M uses the same Applications as the Basic vacuum lifter, which means that Applications can be shared between the tools. We’ll help you choose the right solution that best suits your needs based on load weight and functional requirements.

Select Classic B-M if the load weighs 100 kg or less, belongs to one of the specified object types, and can be gripped with any of the available base components. Select the stainless steel version if the work environment requires a stainless steel design. Do not select Classic B-M if the load weighs more than 100 kg; in that case, a solution with a higher verified lifting capacity must be evaluated.

The Classic B-M is equipped with a handle for permanent installation, selected based on the task at hand: a long, short or angled handle for extra stability, or a one-handed grip handle for comfortable use. The choice of handle determines how high, deep or low the operator can reach — for example, when loading pallets, working at a conveyor belt, or retrieving items from deep within shelves.

Classic B-M uses the same Applications as Lifts All’s Basic vacuum gripper. The frames simply click onto and off the tool, allowing the same lifter to be used for different objects.

Single Cups

Single cups are vacuum cups equipped with a bayonet coupling that easily connects them to and from the Classic B-M. Depending on the size and weight of the load, and whether it is dense or porous, there is a wide range of vacuum cups to choose from.

I-Frames

I-frames are available in different variants to lift different heavy loads depending on whether they are porous or dense. The frames consist of two vacuum cups on a powder-coated frame and are well suited for lifting elongated objects such as cartons, tubes or pipes. By adding a cellular rubber, the vacuum cups get an even better grip when gripping over straps.

H-Frames

H-frames lift porous and dense packages efficiently. The H-shaped design allows the cups to grip the corners and avoid the tape seam, where the vacuum would otherwise have a weaker hold. The same vacuum cups can be used for plastic boxes and sheet metal parts, and the use of cellular rubber further improves the grip.

Sack Suction Heads

Sack suction heads are suitable for lifting both sacks and baggage of different sizes and weights.

Vacuum Pads

The vacuum pad is the application we recommend for those who want to be able to lift several different types of objects with the same lifting tool, such as boxes, metal sheets with holes in them or other loads that are not completely smooth. The application lifts the load gently and is therefore perfect to use for loads that should be handled carefully.

Hooks

We offer several different types of hooks for lifting buckets, cans or pallets. The hooks are available in different formats, from safety hook to a simple hook, and are controlled up and down with the tool’s buttons.
