Basic is Lifts All’s standard lifting tool for frequent lifting in warehouses, packing lines, and distribution centers. The tool can be combined with Applications that lift using vacuum or hooks, making it suitable for everything from boxes and bags to cans, buckets, and pallets. Basic lifts loads up to 50 kg and is mounted on Lifts All’s Bal-Trol lifting cylinder.

Repetitive lifting of cardboard boxes, crates, and similar items causes strain injuries to the back, shoulders, and wrists, even when the individual lifts are light. Basic takes over the physical effort, allowing the operator to handle the load without straining during the lift. This reduces the risk of repetitive strain injuries and allows for more lifts per hour without increasing physical strain.

Basic is available in three versions:

Single Cups

Single cups are vacuum cups fitted with a bayonet coupling that easily switches them on and off the Basic. Depending on the size and weight of the load, and whether it is dense or porous, there is a wide range of vacuum cups to choose from.

I-Frames

I-frames are available in different variants to lift different heavy loads depending on whether they are porous or dense. The frames consist of two vacuum cups on a powder-coated frame and are well suited for lifting elongated objects such as cartons, tubes or pipes. By adding a cellular rubber, the vacuum cups get an even better grip when gripping over straps.

H-Frames

H-frames lift porous and dense packages efficiently. The H-shaped design allows the cups to grip the corners and avoid the tape seam, where the vacuum would otherwise have a weaker hold. The same vacuum cups can be used for plastic boxes and sheet metal parts, and the use of cellular rubber further improves the grip.

Sack suction heads are suitable for lifting both sacks and baggage of different sizes and weights.

Vacuum Pads

The vacuum pad is the application we recommend for those who want to be able to lift several different types of objects with the same lifting tool, such as boxes, metal sheets with holes in them or other loads that are not completely smooth. The application lifts the load gently and is therefore perfect to use for loads that should be handled carefully.

Hooks

We offer several different types of hooks for lifting buckets, cans or pallets. The hooks are available in different formats, from safety hook to a simple hook, and are controlled up and down with Basic’s buttons.

The Basic does not allow lifting if the vacuum level does not reach the predetermined vacuum level (known as the safety factor of 2). If the vacuum level drops during a lift, the gripper slowly lowers toward the floor, protecting both the load and the operator. It is not possible to activate the release function with the load in the air if the vacuum is not maintained (except on the Basic Baggage Lift).

The Basic is available with a maximum capacity of 35 or 50 kg. The model is selected based on the weight and type of the load.

Yes. The Basic with a hook or a vacuum/hook configuration can lift pallets. Lifts All has a specially designed hook adapted for handling EU pallets.

The vacuum version works best on smooth surfaces. By choosing the right attachment — such as vacuum pads or frames with cellular rubber — Basic can also handle some porous and uneven loads. Contact Lifts All for advice on the right attachment for your load.

The Basic is available with a vertical Bal-Trol or a horizontal Bal-Trol (Horizontal SM). The Horizontal SM is suitable when installation height is limited. The tool height varies between 683 and 1,234 mm, depending on the selected variant and Bal-Trol model.

Yes. The vacuum/hook model (Multilyft Basic) has a built-in hook that folds down as needed. The operator can lift cartons using the vacuum and switch to the hook for drums or pallets without changing tools.

Basic is designed to be easy to learn. It is controlled using up and down buttons, and the handle is suitable for both right- and left-handed operators without any adjustments. Lifts All provides training for everyone who uses the lifting tool.
