This is our car seat lifter. It’s a mechanical gripper makes it easy for the operator to lift car seats off a cart and then place them on a rack or conveyor belt.

This is our mechanical gripper for car seats. With this gripper, the operator easily lift the car seat from a cart and place it on a rack or conveyer belt. It is also possible to tilt the seat horizontally or vertically. The maximum lifting capacity for this lifting tool is 45 kg.

The gripper clasps the car seat from top and bottom. The two padded metal ´hands´ grip around the headrest and at the base of the seat. The Green Eye (a pressure indicator) lights up and indicates that the seat is securely held by the gripper. If the Green Eye does not light up, the tool will not be able to lift the seat. Lifting activates by pressing the up and down levers on the Pro-Speed-Handle. Rising and descending speed depends on how hard you press the levers. After lowering the seat down at the desired location, disengage the seat from the tool with the red button on the left handlebar.

The gripper is versatile, and you can use it to lift both single and double seats. When lifting alternately between both types of seats, use the black button on the right handlebar to switch the gripper from lifting one type to the other.

We customize and design the lifting tool to ensure it is optimally suited for the specific load you need to lift and the environment in which you work. Maximum capacity, rotation, tilt, and the lifting method itself can be adjusted according to your requirements.
