EP SERIES COMPACT ELECTRIC POWERED MINI-VACUUM STATIONS

ANVER EP Series electric vacuum stations run on 115 V mains, so no air line is required. The pump runs continuously, handling slightly porous material well.

Description

EP SERIES COMPACT ELECTRIC POWERED MINI-VACUUM STATIONS

A continuously running electric pump – no compressed air needed, and good on slightly porous loads

Product Overview

ANVER EP1001 electric powered mini-vacuum station

These low cost, compact electric powered vacuum stations require little maintenance and run on ordinary single-phase mains power – no compressed air supply needed at all.

A vacuum check valve maintains vacuum in case of power failure. On clean, smooth, non-porous material the unit holds vacuum per ASME Standard B30.20 for vacuum lifting devices, allowing the operator to put the load down safely. A vacuum attach / release valve is included for consistent attach and release.

The station is built around a quality ANVER electric vacuum pump with a vacuum gauge to monitor the level, and an internal vacuum filter with a replaceable element protecting against contamination. The vacuum port is 3/8″ NPT.

Why a continuously running pump matters – unlike a venturi generator, which stops drawing once the set vacuum is reached, the EP pump runs all the time. That constant draw is what lets it perform well on slightly porous material, where a leaking load would otherwise defeat an on-demand system.

Features

01 – No compressed air

Runs on 115 V single phase, 60 Hz at 7 amps – the option where a plant has no air line, or where air cost is the issue.

02 – Check valve

Maintains vacuum if power fails, so the load can be set down safely. ASME B30.20 on clean, smooth, non-porous material.

03 – Attach / release valve

Included as standard, for a consistent attach and release cycle.

04 – Vacuum gauge

Monitors the working vacuum level at a glance.

05 – Internal filter

Replaceable element protects the pump against contamination.

06 – Slightly porous loads

The continuously running pump keeps up with leakage that would defeat an on-demand generator.

Electric or Air Powered?

Choose the EP electric station when…

  • There is no compressed air at the workstation, or air is expensive
  • The load is slightly porous and leaks continuously
  • The station stays in one place – at 44 lb (20 kg) it is not a portable unit

Choose an air powered station when…

  • Compressed air is already available
  • Weight matters – the air stations run from 6.6 to 15.4 lb
  • The load is non-porous, so an Air Saver station can cut consumption to zero while holding
  • The area is explosion-proof rated and no electricity is wanted at the unit
