Product Overview
ANVER air powered mini-vacuum stations are low cost and compact, require little maintenance, and use quality venturi vacuum generators.
A vacuum check valve maintains vacuum in case of power failure. The unit holds vacuum per ASME Standard B30.2 for vacuum lifting devices on clean, smooth, non-porous material, allowing the operator to put the load down safely.
A vacuum release / blow-off valve gives a quick and consistent attach and release for high production usage. Air supply must be clean, dry and regulated.
Air Saver technology – on the AL1001 models, a vacuum controlled valve shuts off the compressed air once the pre-set vacuum level is reached, so air consumption is minimised. On non-porous material, air consumption drops to zero once peak vacuum is held. Input pressure must be regulated to 90 psi on Energy Air Saver models.
The Two Models
AL101 – stainless steel
Stainless steel enclosure with plated components, on the VR09 generator.
The compact, lighter option at 6.61 lb (3 kg), running on 72.5 psi and consuming 1.27 SCFM. Choose it for clean environments and lighter duty.
AL1001 – Air Saver
- Air Saver technology – air shuts off at the pre-set vacuum level
- Pressure gauge for monitoring incoming compressed air
- Excellent performance on slightly porous material
- Internal air filter with replaceable element on the vacuum port, protecting against contamination

* On the Air Saver models the air consumption is zero on non-porous material once the vacuum level reaches peak value – the figures shown are the draw while pulling vacuum, not while holding it. Note the AL1001/30 does not offer Energy Saver, so it draws its 14 SCFM continuously.
Choosing a Station
Light duty, clean environment
AL101 – stainless enclosure, 0.74 SCFM of vacuum flow, half the weight of the AL1001.
High production, air cost matters
AL1001/20 or /25 – Air Saver cuts consumption to zero while holding a non-porous load. Requires a regulated 90 psi supply.
Maximum flow
AL1001/30 – 9.50 SCFM of vacuum flow on the JB30H, the highest here, but without Air Saver.
Air supply – must be clean, dry and regulated on every model. The AL1001 adds an internal filter with a replaceable element on the vacuum port, but the incoming air still needs to be conditioned.
