Product Overview
Bolt-on vacuum pads
ANVER bolt-on vacuum pads use heavy duty steel construction with easily replaceable rubber seals. They are excellent for handling semi-rigid to rigid loads such as metal sheet or plate, and have become an industry standard.
A variety of mounting styles makes these pads suitable for a wide range of vacuum lifting applications – quad mount lugs for bolting to a frame, or a swivel suspension for a single pad.
The extended steel bolt-on ring protects the seal from damage caused by side collisions, which is what makes these pads suited to mill duty work.
Design Features
01 – Rugged steel construction
Built for years of service in mill duty applications.
02 – Three sealing edges
The new M series seals have three vacuum sealing edges, for safety.
03 – Anti over-tightening spacers
Special spacers prevent the vacuum seal being over tightened.
04 – Secure lifting points
Swivel or quad mounting lugs provide secure lifting points.
05 – Seals from stock
Nitrile rubber from stock, with red silicone in some sizes.
06 – Protective clamping ring
The extended steel bolt-on ring shields the seal from side impacts.
07 – Vacuum gauge included
The metric series includes a vacuum gauge – useful on multi-pad lifters with shut-off valves, to confirm every pad has made contact and reached full vacuum before lifting.

Silicone versions (special order) share the same dimensions and capacity: VP145MQ-SI-M (SR-145M-SI), VP155MQ-SI-M (SR-155M-SI), VP185MQ-SI-M (SR-185M-SI) and VP195MQ-SI-M (SR-195M-SI). The VP215MQ-SI-M (SR-215M-SI) and VP235MQ-SI-M (SR-235M-SI) use extreme high heat silicone.
Gauge kit – the vacuum gauge kit is installed on the pad, and a plug kit is included so the gauge and gauge guard can be removed. See dimension H for the part numbers.

*Capacity basis – rated load capacity is given at 24″ Hg vacuum in the horizontal plane, based on a safety factor of 2. Divide again by 2 for vertical applications. Actual capacity depends on the load surface and the condition of the vacuum generating system, and must be determined by the user.
**SR (series) M replacement seals include spacers, to prevent the clamping ring hardware being over torqued and the seal over compressed.
