Standard control head – VBS-DC-Q

The ANVER VB vacuum lifting system is a complete integrated unit built for fast, safe, one-operator handling of bags, cartons and other porous materials.

A high-flow direct-drive vacuum pump supplies the holding force, while a robust electric chain hoist performs the lift. The result is a firm, non-slip grip that is insensitive to load weight.

The system can be supplied with an air hoist, electric hoist or air balancer to suit the application.

Remote vacuum pump – can sit up to 150 ft [46 m] from the lifting head.

Fingertip controls on the handle, with vacuum gauge and quick-release fitted as standard.

Extruded aluminium or steel frame, with interchangeable pads matched to each load type.

The VB Vacuum-Hoist Lifter draws vacuum from a remotely mounted pump up to 150 ft [46 m] away, and takes a range of quick-change pads for different loads. A vacuum gauge and quick-release are fitted as standard, with all controls at the operator’s fingertips on the handle.

Frames are available in extruded aluminium or steel, with custom pads matched to the specific load. The grip is firm and non-slip, and the unit can be paired with an air hoist, electric hoist or air balancer.

The illustration shows a control head fitted with a BH90-SSP-C5 bag-lifting pad – supplied separately.

Part number convention: VBX-AABBDC-Q/B, where AA = horizontal length (in), BB = pivoting length (in), Q = quick release and B = bolt-on. Example: VBX-2424DC-Q = 24″ horizontal + 24″ pivoting, quick release.

The heavy-duty head carries the same remote-pump architecture and fingertip controls, rated for loads up to 700 lbs [317 kg].

Supplied with an extruded aluminium or steel frame and custom pads matched to the load. The illustration shows the head fitted with an FPA120290G33-VB-HD pad – specified separately for each application.

Pneumatic Tilt Control Heads

A hoist-powered vacuum lifter with high air flow and a compressed-air tilt mechanism, for handling construction materials, composites and textured surfaces. Designed for 100% duty cycle, with pads sized to the application – including foam pads up to 20″ × 25″. Fully integrated controls cover variable-speed hoist, vacuum attach and release, and the tilt function. Tilt requires 75 psi compressed air.
