⊕ ZoomThis is our Combi-Gripper for Metal Bars that also has a hook. It is designed to lift different types of metal bars and metal profiles. It is a mechanical gripper that lift the bars by clamping onto them. The gripper can also tilt the bar up to 45°. The maximum lifting capacity for this tool is 23 kg. This combi-gripper also comes with an added hook for lifting other things. In the picture, you’ll se it being used to lift a gas cylinder. You can lift other things with the hook as well, for example jugs, buckets or other types of containers with a handle.
The ‘combi’ in combi-gripper stands for “combination”. This means that there are more ways than one to use the tool. The Combi-Gripper for Metal Bars has two metal plates that grip the bar and clamp onto it for safety. The bar can then be lifted and maneuvered effortlessly. One of the buttons on the machine is for tilting the load slightly. To let go of the bar, push the red ‘release’ button and the lifting tool will disengage.
For lifting other things such as gas containers or buckets, just use the hook. Place the hook onto the handle of the load and let the lifting tool do the rest. The only thing you need to do is move the gripper to the drop-off point.
