Knight leads the industry with the next-generation KSHS Safety Drop Stop Servo Hoist (Patent No. 10,099,904) – the smartest and safest hoist in the world. The KSHS series integrates the exclusive “Safety Drop Stop” (SDS) feature with a dual-chain design: one load-bearing chain and one accompanying safety back-up chain.
The series adds advanced functionality for Intelligent Assist Devices (IAD), letting the operator position and “float” a load precisely along the “Z” axis (the vertical axis).
The KSHS series supports a wide range of application solutions through programmable features and unlimited I/O ports. Unlike conventional hoists that require button pressing, the SDS Servo Hoist lets the operator simply grip the handle and move the load naturally.
The hoist also integrates a graphite stick inside the gearbox that keeps the chain continuously lubricated. Replacement sticks can be ordered separately.
