Product Overview
ANVER JV Series Mini Vacuum Generators are ideal for use as vacuum pumps where space is limited, or as a lightweight stand-alone vacuum pump such as in robotic applications.
Their small size permits mounting close to the load pick-up point, decreasing response time and minimising air consumption. Thermoplastic construction gives excellent performance while providing an economical vacuum solution.
The JV Series are mini Venturi vacuum generators. Vacuum control is handled by a separate manual or automatic control valve on the compressed air supply line. Supplied with 5 mm female threads, compatible with 10/32.
Why mount at the cup – a generator this small can sit at the pick-up point rather than at the far end of a hose. Shorter vacuum lines mean faster response and less air used per cycle, which is the main reason to choose a mini venturi over a remote pump.

Ordering Information
The JV Series comes in two model sizes, each with a standard M5 female thread port compatible with 10/32. JV07 and JV09 denote the basic vacuum generator only. Adding a control valve for the air supply turns the basic generator into a compact vacuum system – the CE and CED designations – with built-in 24 VDC vacuum control. The control valve mounts directly to the generator body, with all air passages internal to the system.

All eight models share the same two nozzle sizes – JV07 draws 0.74 SCFM and JV09 draws 1.27 SCFM. The suffix changes only what is fitted to the body: ES muffler, CE vacuum valve, CED vacuum plus blow-off valve.
Air Consumption & Vacuum Flow at Different Vacuum Levels
Measured at 72.5 psi supply pressure. Vacuum flow falls as the vacuum level rises – the figures below let you check the pump still moves enough air at your working vacuum.

Reading these figures – the last few inches of vacuum cost the most time. The JV09 reaches 24 in. Hg in 159 seconds but needs 329 seconds to reach 26. Size the pump for the vacuum you actually need, not the maximum it can reach.
