This is our Basic bottle gripper, designed for those working in the beverage industry or at breweries. Tested for Vichy and Longneck bottles. The lifting tool lifts 24 bottles at once in a single lift, making work smooth and efficient. This particular gripper is designed to lift 33 cl glass bottles (longneck). It is available in two versions, one manual and one automatic. With the manual lift, you clamp the bottles yourself with a knob, while the automatic lift clamps the bottles by itself before lifting. The lifting solution results in faster packing and also reduces the risk of wear and tear injuries.

Place the bottle necks in the holes on the plate of the gripper. Turn the knob to clamp the bottles so they are safely secured by the gripper — the automatic gripper will do this for you. Lift the bottles for placement in their packaging or to the desired place. When the bottles are placed on a flat and stable surface, turn the knob again to release the bottles from the plate; with the automatic gripper, the bottles are released when they are placed on a flat surface. The bottles can be rotated endlessly during the lift with both the manual and automatic grippers. You can also use the Basic to lift other loads — by using other applications, such as a vacuum cup, you can lift boxes instead.

This lifting solution can be customised to lift fewer or more bottles, or to lift bottles of different shapes and sizes. In our designs, we consider the load — its material and dimensions — the number of lifts necessary, the route of the lift, and we also take into account the working environment, to provide you with a lifting solution that is optimal for you and your lifting needs.
