Description
MSP-AM (AIR-MISER) SERIES MULTI-STAGE AIR POWERED VACUUM PUMPS
27 in. Hg at only 45 psi – compact enough to fit in your hand, ideal for automation
Product Overview
The MSP-AM Series multi-stage air-driven vacuum pumps deliver 27 in. Hg (90% vacuum) at the low pressure of just 45 psi (3.1 bar).
Lower pressure equates to cost savings and increased operator safety. These pumps are lightweight and compact, which makes them ideal for automation applications – they fit inside your hand, yet offer the performance of much larger pumps.
The Air-Miser pumps have super low air requirements and are amazingly efficient. G to NPT adapters are available.
Why 45 psi matters – most venturi pumps are rated at 80–87 psi. Reaching full vacuum at roughly half that pressure means less compressor energy per cycle, and a lower-pressure line is safer around operators. If your shop air is marginal, this is the range that still performs.
Specifications
| MSP-AM Series Air-Miser vacuum pumps | |||
|---|---|---|---|
| Model number | Max. vacuum in. Hg (mm Hg) | Vacuum flow SCFM (l/min) | Air consumption SCFM (l/min) |
| MSP-AM10 | 27 (690) | 3.88 (110) | 0.99 (28) |
| MSP-AM15 | 27 (690) | 7.60 (215) | 1.97 (56) |
| MSP-AM20 | 27 (690) | 9.88 (280) | 2.97 (84) |
| MSP-AM25 | 27 (690) | 11.80 (336) | 3.95 (112) |
| MSP-AM50 | 27 (690) | 19.50 (550) | 7.45 (211) |
All five reach the same 27 in. Hg; the model number tracks flow. Note the efficiency across the range – the MSP-AM10 gives roughly four times its air consumption in vacuum flow, and the ratio holds up to the AM25.

Optional Items
Vacuum gauge
A mechanical gauge on the pump body, for setting up and checking the system at a glance.
Vacuum switch
Signals the control system when the working vacuum is reached – the option to choose for automated cycles.
Thread note – the “G” thread is also known as BSPP, and is commonly used worldwide for vacuum applications.
Larger capacities – a range of larger models and different styles is also available. Contact FULL-SHARP for an application needing more capacity than the MSP-AM50.
Contact FULL-SHARP with your available line pressure, the number of cups and the cycle rate, and we will confirm the MSP-AM model and whether a gauge or switch is needed.
