Product Overview
These are air powered vacuum pumps with very high flow at a low vacuum level – the opposite trade-off from a venturi generator, and the right one for a whole class of jobs.
Where the flow matters more than the vacuum: handling porous material such as foam or fabric, where leakage means a high-vacuum pump can never catch up; and moving bulk material, powders or small parts through a tube.
Two families: the FT Series adjustable flow tubes, which can also run as a blower and replace an expensive electric one; and the TT Series transfer tubes for inline conveying. Both are CNC machined from anodised aluminium with a straight-through bore so material passes end to end without clogging.
Safe operation – both series have no electricity at the pump, generate no heat and are explosion proof. There are no O-rings, gaskets or flap valves and no moving parts to clog, so operation is maintenance-free.
FT Series Adjustable Flow Tubes
The FT Series offers a cost effective method of producing high vacuum and high output flow using a minimal amount of compressed air. Used as a vacuum, it removes large volumes of air quickly – especially useful on porous material where leakage is a problem. Used as a blower, it is an ideal alternative to an expensive electric blower or a raw compressed air line.

A G to NPT inlet port adapter is available for all four models. ** The optional CLAMP51P requires a tape wrap to fit tightly on the FT050.
TT Series Material Transfer Tubes
The TT Series Transfer Tubes offer a simple, effective and low cost solution for an inline transfer of small or complex shaped objects, bulk material and powders.
Highly efficient and compact, the TT Series creates an instantaneous and adjustable vacuum flow powered by compressed air. The straight-through, smooth bore design lets material pass directly through the pump at high speed without clogging.
Made of anodised aluminium, in four standard models with inside diameters from 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) to 1 in. (25.4 mm). Made in the USA.

Choosing Between the Two Series
FT – adjustable flow tube
Choose when you need suction on a porous or leaky load, or a blower. Field adjustable, with an amplification ratio from 6:1 to 16:1 – the FT100 turns 9 SCFM of compressed air into 145 SCFM of output flow.
TT – material transfer tube
Choose when material must pass through the pump – conveying, hopper loading, trim and dust removal. Rated on velocity rather than amplification, from 290 to 395 ft/sec.
Thread note – the “G” thread is also known as BSPP, and is commonly used worldwide for vacuum applications. A G to NPT adapter is available for every model on this page.
