Ball swivel and rigid mount pad adapters – Groups 10, 20, 30 and 40
Product Overview
The VPHA Series Suspension Adapters are designed for rigid mount and ball swivel vacuum pads, to let them work with your existing suspension assembly.
The adapter bolts to the pad on its bolt circle, and presents the stud, jam nut or port your suspension needs. That means a pad can be re-used when the suspension changes, and a suspension can carry pads it was not originally threaded for.
Group numbers identify the mounting size: Group 10 for the 1.38 in. bolt circle pads, Group 20 for 2.25 in., Group 30 for 2.50 in. and Group 40 for 3.25 in.
How to choose – match three things: the pad (see the “used with” column), the mount type your suspension needs (ball swivel or rigid), and the stud or thread size – M12, 1/2-13, 5/8-11, M20, 3/4-10, M24 or M36.

The -B versions (VPHA138S12M12-B and VPHA138RM12-B) are the bevelled equivalents of the standard parts, with identical dimensions.

Adapter groups at a glance – Group 10 fits the 1.38 in. (35 mm) bolt circle pads (VP56–VP96, VC57–VC75, FP28–FP98); Group 20 the 2.25 in. (57 mm) pads (VP126, VP146, FP128, FP150); Group 30 the 2.50 in. (64 mm) pads (VP155, VP185, VP195); and Group 40 the 3.25 in. (83 mm) pads (VP215, VP235).
