Baking and food industry cups
ANVER offers a variety of specialty vacuum cups for food handling applications such as depanners. These cups are made for handling breads, cakes, rolls, pizza shells, pies and similar items, generally handled with low vacuum, large air flow systems.
Made from translucent food-grade silicone, ANVER baking cups can be used directly at the exit point of the baking oven. They are precision moulded to prevent product damage, yet have adequate capacity to handle heavy cakes.
Rated for a temperature range of −60°F to +400°F (−51°C to +204°C). Round and rectangular sizes are available for products of different shapes, and the cups can also be supplied in metal-detectable silicone compounds.
Cup materials – the standard material is food grade translucent silicone (SIT). The metal-detectable (MD) cups are brown and red, so a fragment that reaches the product line is caught by the metal detector as well as being visible against the food.

Custom manufactured by ANVER with thin, feathered edges, these cups can grab even the thinnest foil.
The BB2.5-30-SIT works where most other vacuum cups would fail – even bags of potato crisps can be handled without crushing the contents.
The standard material is silicone (SIT).
