Product Overview
ANVER VM system
The ANVER VM vacuum lifter handles almost any non-porous to semi-porous load surface, and is the natural choice for repetitive production line work.
An air-powered venturi generates continuous vacuum, while a chain hoist holds the load exactly where it is set, with no vertical drift.
Hoist and vacuum controls sit directly on the lifting head and can be configured for a left-handed or right-handed operator.
Dual blow-off safety – the system can be configured so both vacuum release buttons must be pressed together before the load will let go.
575 volt version available on request.

A. Nitrile Round Pads – V1 Series
V1 pad – quick release pin, 3/8″ quick disconnect plug
- Slip-on replaceable seals keep maintenance simple and cheap.
- Replacement seals fit quickly and seat evenly.
- Cleated bottom maximises lifting capability, especially on flat horizontal loads.
- NBR nitrile rubber – oil resistant and durable against industrial chemicals.
- Quick-disconnect mechanism with locking pin – pads change in seconds.

Foam seals suit rough, textured or slightly uneven surfaces where a nitrile lip cannot seal reliably.

C. Oval & Rectangular Pads – V1-VP Series
V1-VP pad – quick release pin, 3/8″ quick disconnect plug
Oval and rectangular pads with nitrile seals suit long loads and curved surfaces where a round pad cannot make full contact.
R-min in the table is the minimum radius of curvature the load can have for the pad to seal across its full face.

The quick-release bail lifts small, compact loads in tight spaces, working with a V1 pad and a remote vacuum generator.
