The glass gripper can easily lift and handle both convex and concave glass panes weighing up to 25 kg. The lifting tool is easy to operate and designed to be used by anyone, regardless of physical ability or previous experience. Lifting a glass pane that previously required two people can now be done by one.

This lift is used in the automotive industry but can also be used in the construction industry or, for example, in glass factories or glassworks.

Thanks to its ergonomic and flexible design, the glass gripper is an excellent tool for replacing car windows, but can also be used to lift windows and other types of glass panels.

The vacuum gripper handles the object in a weightless state, allowing the operator to control the glass with good precision similar to manual handling, but without the heavy weight. The operator can also rotate the glass pane up/down 90 degrees. The comfortable handle is equipped with two grip surfaces for lifting with precision and comfort.

This glass gripper uses vacuum cups to lift. Vacuum is ideal for fragile surfaces such as glass because it sucks the material onto the cup instead of squeezing it and risking scratches. This also means that the gripper can grip glass of different widths, lengths and heights.

The tool is powered by a pneumatic cylinder. A vacuum is formed in the cups, which suck onto the glass pane. The operator can then lift it weightlessly, tilt it, and install or place the pane in the selected location. The operator can determine the lifting speed depending on the task at hand. Lifting is quick and smooth, and the glass pane remains intact without scratches or marks from sharp edges.
