Lifts All Vacuum sack gripper is a lifting tool that lifts bags using vacuum instead of manual handling. It is designed for dense bags, such as concrete bags, gypsum bags, and soil bags, and can handle loads of up to 50 kg. The lifter is powered solely by compressed air, and all variants are made of stainless steel (SS).

The vacuum bag lifter is used when horizontal, dense bags need to be lifted, for example from a pallet to a conveyor belt. The lifter grips the bag in a matter of seconds, making it suitable for tasks where bags are handled continuously. Lifts All’s lifting tools are designed to reduce the strain on the operator and increase safety during bag handling.

Lifts All’s Vacuum sack gripper is available with two types of control systems. With proportional control (PSH), the operator controls the lift using buttons. With balanced control, the operator controls the lift directly with their hands on the load. Select PSH control if the lift is to be operated via buttons, and balanced control if the operator is to work with their hands directly on the bag. The control option is selected per variant.

The energy consumption of the Lifts All Vacuum sack gripper is only 5–10 percent of that of conventional vacuum lifters, thanks to the fact that the lifter is powered solely by compressed air.

For workplaces with limited ceiling height, the Vacuum sack gripper is available in a low-profile version that can handle bags weighing up to 50 kg — the same maximum capacity as the other variants. The low-profile version features an ergonomic handle and quickly grips sealed bags of various sizes. It’s ideal when bags need to be moved from a pallet to a bench or other work surfaces in tight spaces.

All four variants of the Vacuum sack gripper are made of stainless steel (SS). The stainless steel models are designed to prevent dirt buildup and are easy to keep clean. For cleanrooms and environments with particularly high hygiene requirements, versions with covered buttons and stainless steel casters are also available.

The choice between the Vacuum sack gripper and a mechanical Sack Gripper depends on the bag’s density, position, and weight. The vacuum bag lifter is suitable for horizontal, dense bags weighing up to 50 kg, such as concrete bags, plaster bags, and soil bags. The mechanical bag lifter is suitable for upright, porous bags weighing up to 75 kg, such as mail bags, jute bags, and laundry bags.

Vacuum Sack Gripper — for dense bags up to 50 kg

For loads up to 50 kg, suited to flat, air-tight sacks lifted from a pallet onto a conveyor belt; for porous sacks we recommend the Mechanical Sack Gripper. It runs on pneumatic power, is quiet and safe, and consumes only 5–10% of the energy of other vacuum-based lifting tools, with the Precivac pump holding the vacuum at the right level throughout the lift. Place it on the load and press the green button — gripping takes no more than two seconds. Two control types: speed via up/down levers or triggers, or a balancing control that lets you manoeuvre the gripper by hand in all directions.

Low-built Sack Gripper — for dense sacks up to 50 kg in workplaces with low ceilings

Specially constructed to fit workplaces with low ceiling heights. It handles sacks of different materials weighing no more than 50 kg. The ergonomically-designed handles are comfortable to use and make lifting and moving sacks non-strenuous; the gripper attaches quickly and the sack is moved effortlessly from pallet to table.

Stainless steel sack grippers — for cleanrooms and hygiene demanding environments

For industries with high hygiene requirements we offer both vacuum and mechanical bag grippers in stainless steel, designed not to collect dirt and easy to keep clean. Versions with covered buttons and stainless steel wheels are available, giving ergonomic and safe bag handling without compromising hygiene.
