The AAA9000 heavy duty articulating pneumatic arm (overhead and floor mounted) is a parallelogram arm built to lift, rotate, balance and move product from conveyors, dunnage, assembly lines and many other applications.
The AAA9000 uses a pair of rear-mounted twin cylinders to achieve a higher lifting capacity while reducing the overall mass of the unit. The design minimises operator fatigue by absorbing torque reaction, so the product can be lifted and manipulated with almost no effort.
The overhead version of the AAA9000 travels inside RAD6110 and RAD7510 aluminium rail on the “X”, “Y” and “Z” axes, with a wide range of control configurations.
FULLSHARP supplies the AAA9000 in both fixed and 360° rotating versions. Maximum reach (without an extension boom) is 60 in [1,524 mm] and maximum balancing capacity is 600 lbs [272 kg] at 100 psi [6.8 bar]. Capacity varies with reach.
