Our combi-gripper for flanges lifts industrial flanges up to 79 kilos. It can also lift flanged track wheels and welding rings. The lifting tool comes with several applications to grip the flanges differently. Smooth surfaced flanges can be lifted by vacuum cups, and threaded flanges can be lifted mechanically by clamping the sides of the load.
Investing in a combi-gripper means that you can use the same lifting tool to lift different objects. It saves on space, and you don’t have to mount or demount different grippers. Attaching and detaching the different applications is done in seconds.

The combi-gripper for flanges is equipped with simple control buttons that grip/release and lift/lower the load. There is also a switch to toggle between using vacuum pressure or mechanical grip. The tool has two handles, giving you a total control while also promoting an ergonomic working posture.

As with all our grippers the combi-gripper for flanges is ergonomically designed to enable the operator to stand in a comfortable position while using the lifting tool. The load appears weightless when lifted with the gripper. Therefore, only one person is needed to lift loads that previously needed to be lifted by two. Repeated lifting is also easier and safer to do with a lifting tool at hand.
