AMC50M4 standard configuration
ANVER vacuum manual tilters and upenders are fully equipped with safety features and have set the standard for safe load turning. Every version has been improved over the years to work better and last longer – vacuum pads, vacuum generator, frame, controls, hardware, filters, safety features and handles are all new and improved. Every aspect of the lifter has been redesigned, and the latest version represents the best tilter range available.
The standard AMC, EMC and BMC series are built to take most of the effort out of turning heavy loads, while delivering strong holding force together with 90° manual tilt and 360° manual rotation. The three series differ only in the power source: compressed air, mains electric or on-board battery.

Series Features & Specifications
AMC series – compressed air powered, 500 to 700 lb
The standard AMC series compressed air powered vacuum lifters are designed to greatly reduce the effort of turning heavy loads, while providing strong holding force with 90° manual tilt and 360° manual rotation. They run on the plant’s existing compressed air – no electrical supply needed, which suits dusty and oily environments.
01 – VLS system
9V battery powered vacuum leak sensor and alarm.
02 – Slide valve
Attach / release slide valve with safety lock.
03 – Vacuum level
Maximum 24 in. Hg [609.6 mm Hg] with a 4:1 safety factor.
04 – Removable pad extensions
Mounted inline for long loads, removed for short loads.
05 – Ergonomic handles
Rigid welded steel frame with ergonomic operator handles.
06 – Dual filter / reservoir
Keeps the vacuum clean in demanding environments.

EMC series – electric powered, 500 to 700 lb
The standard EMC series electric powered vacuum lifters are designed to greatly reduce the effort of turning heavy loads, while providing strong holding force with 90° manual tilt and 360° manual rotation.
01 – EP1001 generator
Vacuum generator with vacuum gauge and master on/off switch.
02 – Power supply
115V / 60Hz / 1ph / 6A – a 15 A service circuit is required.
03 – Pump and motor
4.3 SCFM [121.8 l/min], 1/2 HP, thermal overload sensor and 100% duty cycle.
04 – VLS system
9V battery powered vacuum leak sensor and alarm.
05 – Slide valve
Attach / release slide valve with safety lock.
06 – Check valve
Prevents loss of vacuum in the event of power failure.
07 – Power cord
Twist-lock plug with male and female connectors.
08 – Vacuum level
Maximum 24 in. Hg [609.6 mm Hg] with a 4:1 holding safety factor.
09 – Tilt and rotation
90° manual tilt plus 360° manual rotation, light in operation thanks to the balancing mechanism.
10 – Removable pad extensions
Fitted inline for long, narrow loads; removed for short, narrow loads.

BMC series – battery powered, 500 to 700 lb
The standard BMC series battery powered vacuum lifters are designed to greatly reduce the effort of turning heavy loads, while providing strong holding force with 90° manual tilt and 360° manual rotation. Fully portable – no external electrical supply and no compressed air required.
01 – BP1001 generator
Vacuum generator with vacuum gauge and master on/off switch.
02 – Battery power
12V DC, 12 amp hours – no external electrical or air supply needed, fully portable.
03 – Pump and motor
4.3 SCFM [121.8 l/min], 1/2 HP, with thermal overload sensor.
04 – VLS system
9V battery powered vacuum leak sensor and alarm.
05 – Slide valve
Attach / release slide valve with safety lock.
06 – Check valve
Holds vacuum when the battery runs low or the power is switched off.
07 – Built-in charger
